To apply for membership click the appropriate form below, download, complete & present the application form to one of our friendly volunteers at the Semaphore & Port Adelaide RSL at 10 Semaphore Rd. Semaphore, on your next visit. You will also need to provide Photo I.D. New membership applications can  be accepted on  Wednesdays - Sundays 4pm-9pm.
